As the founder of White Rock Ltd, Rugamba Erneste established the design and construction company in 2015 with a mission to bring technical excellence, innovation, and long-term value creation to Rwanda's built environment. Under his leadership, the firm has built over a decade of hands-on expertise navigating local terrains and architectural regulations.
Rugamba's twin identities — as a meticulous engineer leading White Rock Ltd and a passionate gospel artist — allow him to balance building durable structural foundations across East Africa while simultaneously pursuing his musical calling.

When I founded White Rock Ltd in 2015, I had one conviction: Rwanda deserves buildings that marry engineering precision with human warmth. A decade later, that conviction still lays every foundation we pour.

Yes — White Rock Ltd is a design AND construction company. We can take you from concept drawings to handover under one contract, or execute your existing architect's drawings.
Residential work is typically priced per square metre with three packages (Basic, Premium, Commercial). Every quote is broken down line-by-line — materials, labour, and professional fees — before we start.
Every client gets weekly one-page reports (schedule, budget, quality, risks), photo documentation of milestones, and access to our 24/7 client portal with drawings, approvals and invoices.
